A heat pump quote can look reassuringly simple: one figure for equipment, fitting and a warmer home. But the cheapest number is not always the lowest-cost choice. Knowing how to compare heat pump installers means looking beyond the headline price, so you can judge the design, workmanship, support and expected running costs behind it.
